This Ted talk on the youtube been very useful and inspiring for myself as the artist is sharing his experience about his entire career in product design, places and companies he has been working for. They organise more of these ted talks in Tate Modern and I would like to go to one of them.
On the 14th October, I have been to open day at Metropolitan University, London. I have been too personal statement presentation, which I found very useful because this is what I'll be doing during the half term, get it ready. They were telling us some tips how to be unique in our personal statements and that we have to make it personal to ourselves.I have also been to 1:1 talk with the interior design tutor who explained me the structure of the course, what internships they offer, etc.
On 22nd November I have been to Chelsea college of arts to an open day on Interior and Spatial Design. I have seen students work from yr 1 and the 2 and that inspired me, even more, to have this course and college as an option for UCAS. I have seen how other students progressed after finishing university and who they are working now. I have been amazed because some of them have a big potential and are involved in big companies in different countries as Hong-Kong, Japan, etc.
We also had a tour to see the workshops and facilities. The only thing I didn't like about this university is that the rooms are small...
I am interested in interior design and product & design courses for my undergraduate degree. I have found following options at universities:

Regent's University London- BA in Interior Design

Central Saint Martin-Product design

UAL Chelsea college of arts- BA in Interior Design
Future employment and specialism jobs
I have recently been involved in Future views talk (work experience) organised by college.
It took place in MK Art Centre on 16th November,1pm-4pm.
I had a great experience by taking part to such an event. WE were split up in 2 groups where adults and youth were discussing their points of view and how they can make art better and what are the opportunities for young people to promote their work. We also got to know more about what events related to art are happening in Milton Keynes and how we can be involved in those.
